Our volunteers are equipped with different skills and talents to provide the community-based training, short time handicrafts and uses local resources to train people and develop volunteer in the local community. The training included like teacher trainer for rural schools teachers,  vocational training like tailoring, cutting, webbing, hand looms etcetera. The system of training in Nepal is different so the international volunteers are encouraged to use their own teaching methodologies and their own ideas on the respective fields. We acts for the reliable sources and finds the resources for laborers to learn the skills and provides training and processing techniques for small scale of handicraft and replicates low cost training.

The main aim to provide these trainings is to assist women and men financially especially in the remote areas so that they can support their families and can have some funds for the education of their children and even the family. In addition, they will be encouraged to develop their own ideas and initiatives which can be the reason for being independent.
